Valid question but what does it mean? When we get this question we respond with many more questions to get to a common ground for
discussion. Project costs or construction costs? Including taxes and fees? Site servicing? Insurance and carrying costs? Municipal and development fees? Landscaping? Fittings and furniture? Client supplied items?

detailed list of actual requirements and costs - the building blocks of the major elements required to execute an original design.
